⅓ cup steel cut oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
⅓ cup almond milk
2 handfulls of blueberries
1 handful of cranberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least for 2 hours).
- In the am, top with sliced strawberries, some extra blueberries and maybe, if you’re feeling risky, some warmed up almond butter.
- Make sure to serve with a delicious cup of coffee in your favorite mug!
